Prep/cook time – 10 min.
-1/2 pound baby shrimp
-3 tablespoons Marinade Bay Baja Seafood Cooking and Grilling Sauce, plus extra to drizzle on top
-1/2 bag of tortilla chips
-1 small tomato, diced
-1 jalapeno pepper, diced
-1 jar nacho cheese sauce
-Sour cream, to top off nachos with
Heat cheese sauce and once heated through stir in 3 tablespoons of the Marinade Bay Baja Cooking and Grilling Sauce. Assemble chips on a platter and layer cheese mixture (use however much you would like), then tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers. Next, sprinkle shrimp on top and lightly drizzle with Marinade Bay Baja Cooking and Grilling Sauce. Add a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
