What another South of the Border blend? Oh yea, I am starting to remember we were creating some of our marinades around the winter time thinking of a warm place to visit.

Whenever these 2 famous ingredients come together a great culinary experience for an entertaining taste explosion will follow. Consider these ingredients as the “party twins”. Salsa with Cilantro, a Famous Beer with a lime stuck in the bottle neck, some south of the border decorations and music? OLE! Salsa, chips and a bottle of beer sound good, but it’s time to think out of the bottle.

We call it "NOT just for Buffalo Wings Sauce" for a very good reason. You can use this for other items like...well...other chicken parts for example such as the almost famous Buffalo Drumsticks (when all the wings have been eaten), or Buffalo Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, and let us not forget Buffalo Gizzards! On second thought let us forget that one.

A spicy sauce of the southwest. Pretty much that sums it up. Look at the ingredients below and you can see why it lends itself to be called a Southwest cooking sauce. Pepper, powder, more pepper like stuff and more powder stuff. Yup! That’s pretty much it, but don’t let a list of ingredients like that fool you into thinking you know what it tastes like.
