4 -boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into long strips
3 -tablespoons canola oil (or as needed for sauteing)
2 cups stir-fry vegetable blend (broccoli, carrot, and red bell pepper)
1 bottle Marinade Bay Ginger Teriyaki Cooking and Grilling Sauce
Heat oil in saute pan. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper (if desired). Add chicken and stir-fry until almost cooked.
Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add desired amount of Marinade Bay Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and toss to coat.
Serve over steamed jasmine rice.
